Created during the Covid lockdowns, Love HIIT is a way to stay connected to people remoetly through exercise.
Use the exercise timer to create a workout which you can either follow along with, or send to someone.
Love HIIT works as both a website and Mobile Apps and doenst require creating an account or entering payment details. This maximised descoverability and created the lowest possible friction for social sharing.

Love HIIT was featured in the iOS App Store during its first month of release. It attracted thousnads of page views and hunderes of downloads after a soft launch of posting on a few intenet forums.
